Alexandre de Streel

CRIDS - university of namur

Alexandre de Streel is Professor of Law at the University of Namur where he is the director of the Research Centre in Information, Law and Society (CRIDS). His research focuses on regulation and competition law in network industries.

Alexandre is also a Joint Academic Director at the Centre on Regulation in Europe (CERRE) in Brussels, and a member of the Scientific Committee of the Florence School of Regulation at the European University Institute.

Alexandre regularly advises international organisations (including the European Commission, European Parliament, OECD, EBRD) and he is an Assessor (member of the decisional body) at the Belgian Competition Authority.


Inge Graef

Tilt - Tilburg university

Inge Graef is Assistant Professor at Tilburg University. She is affiliated to the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT) and the Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC).

The focus of Inge's research is on competition enforcement in the digital economy. She is particularly interested in the interface between competition law and other fields of EU law such as data protection, intellectual property and electronic communications law.

Inge is also appointed as a member of the European Commission's expert group to the EU Observatory on the Online Platform Economy.

Fabian Zuleeg

European policy centre

Fabian Zuleeg is Chief Executive and Chief Economist at the European Policy Centre (EPC). He works closely with decision makers in the European institutions, EPC members and partners and the wider Brussels stakeholder community and continues to lead the EPC’s work on economic, social and environmental issues, as well as the EU-UK relationship.

Prior to joining the EPC, he worked as an Economic Analyst in the private and public sectors. He has a PhD in Political Economy of EU enlargement from Edinburgh University.
